Hawkesview is a private 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property on 3-acres that adjoins Hawkesdene and includes two cottages located next to each other that are rented together for one nightly rate.  Hawkesview belongs to Hawkesdene, however, it is not included in the estate rental rate.  Instead, it is a separate rental that is also available as an ‘add on’ to the estate rental if you should need it.

When this two-cottage rental is not used for a Hawkesdene group event, it is available for private rental. There is a 2-night minimum stay. Estate dining is not available when the cottages are rented privately. Please contact Hawkesdene at 800-447-9549 or by email for availability.

The property awards wonderful mountain and Hawkesdene views, includes a stocked fire pit and sleeps 10 to 16 guests.

Cottage 1 – 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. On the upper floor: 2 king size bedrooms with a shared bath, 1 queen size sleeper sofa, full kitchen, screened porch with dining for 16. On the lower floor: 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a private bath; and laundry room with a washer & dryer. A spiral staircase connects the two floors. Sleeps 8 to 10.

Cottage 2 – 2 beds, 2 baths. On the upper floor: 1 king size bedroom with 1 queen size sleeper sofa and a private bath, 1 queen size bedroom with a shared bath, 1 queen size sleeper sofas, 1 full size futon, and kitchenette. On the lower floor: game room with a ping pong table and a corn hole set. Sleeps 4 to 10.

The two-cottage property includes all the amenities available in the other cottages including a fully equipped kitchen including all cooking utensils, flatware, dishes and coffee maker with all the fixins. A 42″ LCD TV with cable, central heat & air, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The cottage bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, luxury linens, an alarm clock and private labeled bottled water. Amenities include a hairdryer and the Molton Brown collection of eco-friendly hair, bath and body products.
