You and your guests will feel at home as our culinary team prepares your meals and snacks in our semi-open kitchen. Our massive outdoor wood-burning smoker is sure to make you salivate as the delicious aromas of smoked meats, fish and vegetables permeate the air. Enjoy farm-to-fork food, presented buffet-style, either in the main house dining area or outside under our open-air pavilion. Our culinary team will personally guide you to create a spectacular dining experience for you and your guests.
Leading our innovative culinary team is proprietor Phil Rampy who brings deep passion for fresh and naturally nourishing food. An Alabama native with over 30 years in restaurant and catering, his deep southern roots and warm hospitality set the tone for a unique dining experience.
The estate dining plan is required for onsite guests and the rate per person includes all meals beginning with dinner on arrival day through breakfast on departure day. Also included is an unlimited supply of sweet and salty pantry snacks, fresh fruit, non-alcoholic beverages, bar supplies including glassware, ice, mixers and garnishes, and our professional and attentive service team. Hawkesdene does not sell alcoholic beverages but you are welcome to bring your own and there is no additional charge for this. Hawkesdene will provide everything you will need except for the alcoholic beverages including the set-up, management, and service of your alcoholic beverages once they arrive on property.
