Estate Rental includes 25 private bedrooms and includes the Main House, Garden, Primrose, Blueberry, Appletree, Robinsnest, and Creekside Cottages, and the Cherokee Cottage & Studio.
The main house includes 7 bedrooms and 7-1/2 bathrooms and will accommodate 14-20 guests.
In addition to the main house, the 7 cottages and one studio include 18 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms that are self-contained and sit amongst a lush backdrop of mountains and trees, beautifully manicured gardens, the sparkling waters of Phillips Creek and several hiking trails that wind through the estate and along the adjacent Nantahala National Forest. The cottages will accommodate 50 – 70 guests.
In addition to Estate Rental, Hawkesview Cottages, Hummingbird Cottage & Dogwood Cottage are available as a separate rental for an additional charge. Hawkesview Cottages include 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and will accommodate 12 – 20 guests. The Hummingbird Cottage includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and will accommodate 2 – 6 guests. Dogwood Cottage includes 2 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms and will accommodate 2 – 6 guests.
Total property capacity includes 35 private bedrooms with luxury accommodations that will sleep 70 – 102 guests.
