RATES AND POLICIES

Rates are per night. Each apartment has a private entrance and a complimentary breakfast including cereal, milk, juice and coffee. Each is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker and toaster oven. Housekeeping is available in the apartments for an additional $19 per day.

Private Cottage Rates

Nightly rate is $189.

Primrose and Blueberry cottages have one bedroom with king-size bed, and a second one with a queen-size bed, and sleeps 6. Appletree Cottage has one bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, and sleeps up to 8. Garden Cottage has an open "loft-like" floorplan with a king-size bed, and sleeps up to 4. All cottages have a queen-size sleeper sofa.

Rent the Entire House or our Entire Luxurious Vacation Estate

The rate for rental of the entire house, which will accommodate up to 20 guests, includes daily housekeeping and continental breakfast buffet for $995 per night with a 2-night minimum. The rate for rental of the entire estate, which will accommodate up to 44 guests, includes daily housekeeping and Continental breakfast buffet for $1695 per night with a 2-night minimum. Catered lunch and dinner are available.

Tax Listed rates do not include 6.75% North Carolina Sales Tax and 3% Occupancy Tax.

No Smoking inside, please.

Small/medium pets are welcome in the cabins, with a $50 fee per animal.
