Primrose and Blueberry cottages have one bedroom with king-size bed, and a second
one with a queen-size bed, and sleeps 6. Appletree Cottage has one bedroom with a king-size bed and a
second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, and sleeps up to 8. Garden Cottage has an open "loft-like" floorplan with a king-size bed, and sleeps up to 4. All cottages have a queen-size sleeper sofa.

The rate for rental of the entire house, which will accommodate up to 20 guests, includes daily housekeeping. There is a 2-night minimum. Catered breakfast, lunch and dinner

Cottage Rental Deposits
Reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit by
check or credit card. Deposits for Cottage rentals are refunded only if cancellation is received 15 days prior to arrival date.
Main House & Entire Estate

Reservations are confirmed with a 20% deposit by
check or credit card. Deposits for Main House & Entire Estate rentals are refunded only if cancellation is received 90 days prior to arrival date.
All major credit cards are accepted.

Note: If the Check Availability calendar shows us "booked" on the date(s) you desire, please give us a call. We sometimes have other lodging available in the main house.
