Rates are per night based on double occupancy. For additional persons in the same
room add $35 per night. (not available in all rooms).
Each suite has a private entrance and a complimentary Continental
breakfast is included.. Complimentary snacks, coffee, tea and soft drinks are always available. Two-night minimum stay on weekends
and most holidays. Some holidays require a 3-night stay. Deposit of 50% by credit card or cash is required at time of reservation.
14-day advance cancellation notice required to receive a refund of your deposit.

for rental of the entire house or estate is available upon request.
Private Cottage Rates
Nightly rate is $209 for two people. Each additional person is $35/person per
night. Primrose and Blueberry cabins will sleep up to 6 people; Appletree will sleep up to 8.

To add nights to your package, call for reduced rates.
The Primrose and Blueberry cabins have one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one
with a king-size bed. The Appletree Cabin has a bedroom with a king-size bed and a
second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. All cabins have a queen-size sleeper sofa.
Breakfast not included for cabins. Primrose Cabin is wheelchair accessible with a ramp
and limited handicap facilities. A deposit of 100% credit card or cash deposit is required at
time of reservation. 30-day advance cancellation notice is required to receive a refund of your deposit.

Tax Listed rates do not include 6.75% North Carolina Sales Tax and 3% Occupancy
Tax.

Children over 12 welcome in the bed & breakfast; children of all ages welcome in the
cabins.
